Custom Designs
For custom-pattern rugs, the estimated lead time is 4–5 months, covering the design process, color selection, and hand weaving. Complex patterns and oversized rugs larger than 6m² may require additional time. Please contact our online customer service for details.
Standard Designs
For products that are not currently in stock, the estimated production lead time is 4–5 months. Please contact our online customer service for further information.
Shipping & Logistics
In-stock products will be dispatched within 7 days of payment confirmation. Slight delays may occur during public holidays. Thank you for your understanding.
