Standard Custom Designs

Lead time for out-of-stock standard custom rugs: 4–5 months. Please consult our online support for accurate timelines.

Custom Image Rugs

Custom pattern rugs require 4–5 months lead time covering graphic design, color matching and hand weaving. Extended lead times apply for highly intricate patterns or oversized sizes (over 6 sq.m). Reach out to online customer service for specifics.

Slight color discrepancies may appear due to differences in lighting and digital display screen calibration. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Shipping & Logistics

Final shipping cost is shown at checkout in the system. Our default cross-border courier is SF Cross-Border FBA. If you require a designated shipping carrier, please coordinate with our online customer service team in advance.
